Godet Motor
PASCO’s offers full service motor repair and testing to ensure that all motors are running as efficiently as possible. Bearing replacement, stator rewinds, journal correction and bearing housing repair all fall under the umbrella of repair work offered by PASCO. Bearing replacement defaults to using the same type of bearing as what came in the motor, but can be substituted at the customers request.
GODET HEATER REWINDING & REMANUFACTURING
Induction heaters of all types can be completely remanufactured in PASCO’s large inductor shop. In addition to replacing winding coils, the heater cores can be repaired. Existing cores are stripped of old wire and cleaned extensively. Cores are then restored to be in “like new” condition and wound with wire matching the specifications of what the heater arrived with. PASCO’s rewinders can handle multiple zone or single zone inductors up to 500 mm diameter and lengths up to 1500 mm. Extensive inventories of high-temperature magnet wire and insulation materials are continuously maintained. Wire insulations in stock include HML for temperature ratings up to 180°, Kapton and glass/nickel plated wires for temperatures of up to 250°C, and mineral/mica insulated nickel wire for extreme temperatures. PASCO can change heater power KW of existing inductors to match your process requirements.
Godet Shell
PASCO offers shell repair and recoating with either industrial hard chrome or plasma applied ceramics. All shells are high speed balanced to ISO Grade 1 specifications. PASCO also can manufacture and replace alloy heating rings internal to the shell. Pasco also repairs and recharges vapor shells.
Godet Sensors and Transmitters
PASCO can repair or replace RTD temperature sensors used in most heated godet systems. PASCO can also repair or replace temperature control transmitters or upgrade them to a Binsfield contactless transmitter.
